Inalia develops structural health monitoring systems. By means of physical interpretation of the data, we provide real time mechanical behaviour knowledge in order to save maintenance costs and reduce structural risk, as well as increase resources availability and detect operational anomalies.

Within offshore Eolic sector, Inalia combines its own product (Monbolt, Datia, Inalog) with mechanical knowledge, FEM simulation and instrumentation to develop a modular structural monitoring system based on stress measurements:

• Misalignments real time diagnosis, wake effects, operational imbalances, tower, floating structure loads.
• Components monitoring (blades, hub, shaft, gearbox, nacelle)
• Critical bolted joints monitoring with Monbolt
• Data interpretation by means of FEM and digital twins
• Data integration in our platform Datia or in customer’s own monitoring systems
