KIMUA is an expert in providing the right handling solutions for offshore and onshore wind turbine components; we design, manufacture, test and certify with DNV (under the express request of the client) lifting, upending, transport and fixing tools for components such as towers, nacelles, hubs and blades; including those required in the factory and in the port, as well as those used during the transport, installation, operation, repair and dismantling of wind turbines.

Within our portfolio of services KIMUA includes other types of solutions based on the use of advanced technology and I.o.T. (Internet of Things), such as reverse engineering of tools, static load tests and other dynamic tests, permanent follow-up and monitoring services for tool management, etc.

Finally, and after years of research and seeing the heavy load handling needs of our clients in the wind sector, at KIMUA we have developed a line of ultralight lifting boxes, the ARIN Box. These boxes are available for both offshore environments (DNV certified) and onshore conditions.
