ISATI Engineering Solutions is a Spanish company created in 2005 to offer its experience in human resources, design and production in projects developed by clients throughout the world.

In the wind sector, ISATI has participated in the development of different families of wind turbines, from 750KW to 8MW for both onshore and offshore, and actively participates in engineering projects providing technical assistance and / or closed work packages.

ISATI offers the following specific services in wind power:

· Wind turbine components design and structural analysis: from Towers, Nacelle, Rotor, Drive Train mechanical elements to Pitch and Yaw Systems: Structural Calculations of different types of joints according to international regulations.

· Development of software for the creation of tools: Programming of technical software for the calculation of components. Improvement and automation of procedures by software.

· Technical support in blades repair and supplier’s qualification.

· Materials and processes: Metallic, composite, coatings, inspections. Characterization and qualification of new materials, failure analysis, specimen and subcomponent testing.

· Technical support in failure detection innovative solutions, towers and blades monitoring from manufacturing process.

ISATI performs engineering support for some of the largest wind turbine manufacturers in the world. Additionally, ISATI is ENEROCEAN company´s industrial partner, which has developed a patented and innovative floating wind platform solution with two wind turbines: W2Power, first multi turbine platform to reach the TRL6 status in the world. ISATI, as W2Power towers design and manufacturing responsible, contributes with the knowledge of its engineers in the development of this innovative product.
